Our services are provided in furtherance of the charitable purposes set out in clause 4(a) of our constitution — helping people living with terminal, life-limiting, chronic, or serious illness (and their families and carers) resolve consumer debt.
Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. Complaints or feedback about our services or website can be raised via our Complaints & Feedback page.

All donations are gratefully received and processed through our Donate page. Donations of $2 or more may be tax-deductible once our ATO DGR endorsement is finalised (placeholder under SO #3). You will receive an emailed receipt.
