Fundraising Conduct Statement

Life Without Debt Ltd is committed to fundraising that is honest, respectful, and compliant with Australian law. This statement summarises the conduct standards we apply and the state and territory fundraising authorities under which we operate.

1 · Our commitments

We will always identify ourselves clearly, including our full legal name, ACN, ABN, and ACNC registration once finalised.
We will make the purpose of any fundraising appeal clear.
We will not use pressure tactics, misleading claims, or false urgency.
We will respect any request to be removed from our contact lists.
We will handle donations securely and issue receipts promptly.
We will report on the impact of donations honestly and transparently.
