Creative brief

Look

Warm domestic Australian Christmas — but understated, not saccharine. A grandmother wrapping a small gift with grandchildren; a partner reading a card at bedside. NO snow imagery. Australian summer Christmas.

Copy tone

The appeal ask is direct: "$25/month means a family can spend Christmas together, not on the phone to a bank." Composite story leads with labelling: "This is Margaret. Margaret is a composite of the families we have helped in our first year. Every detail is a real detail — just not a real Margaret."

Hook lines to draft against

Governance envelope — Every asset drafted for 2026-11 lands in /production as status=draft and cannot go live until a human reviewer clears all six compliance flags (RG 96 outcome language, composite labelled, no PII, no named case without consent, Australian English, brand consistent) under HAS §8.5. AI drafts at HA1-3; humans decide at HA4-5.
