Every dated content item across LWD's first three months of live operation. 1 October 2026 → 31 December 2026. 12 weeks. 3 phases. Roughly 40 dated pieces. Each row names the channel, the owner, and the shared-gate signer.
Who this is for. Corrina uses this every Monday to build the week's ship list. Carla uses it Monday and Friday for the shared-gate queue. Laurence and Lisa use it Monday to know what carries their name that week. The AI CMO uses it Monday 09:00 to build the review pack.
What this is not. Not the 12-month editorial plan (that is /content-calendar-12mo). Not the ops calendar for who-owns-what each week (that is /launch-90-days). This is the row-by-row cadence — a piece per row, dated, owned, gated.
Compliance envelope. Every dated item on this calendar preserves: ABN, ACN, ACL 387398, mediation disclosure sentence, complaints and privacy links, Y1 audited numbers verbatim, dignity floor. No beneficiaries are named or identified in any content item on this calendar or in any downstream derivative. Voice-carrying items (Lisa or Laurence direct quote) ship with a [voice-check pending] marker until the Sprint 55.2 voice-capture returns.
How to read a row. Column 1: date and channel-shorthand. Column 2: owner (who drafts). Column 3: gate (which shared-gate line signs before publish). Column 4: the item itself, with title or subject line and any hard dependencies.
Every row on this calendar publishes to exactly one channel and requires exactly one shared-gate signature before it ships. The taxonomy is deliberately narrow — if a channel is not on this list, it does not run in Q4.
What the shared-gate references mean. G1 Marketing-Craft = Corrina signs. G2 Financial-Regulatory = Carla signs. G3 Practitioner-Voice = Laurence signs. G4 Board-Reputation = Chair signs. Every row below names exactly one primary gate; if two gates are required (Y1 numbers plus board-reputation surface, for example), both are named. See /marketing-operators-manual for the full gate procedure.
October 2026 — the Launch phase
Weeks 1–4. Charity goes live 1 Oct 09:00 AEDT. First impressions phase — every piece assumes the reader is meeting LWD for the first time. Content bias: "who we are, why we exist, how the mediation model works." Ends with the 25 Oct donate-flow attribution stack going live.

No LWD sends of any kind. No emails, no LinkedIn posts, no ads active. This is not a break in stewardship; it is stewardship. Christmas week is family time for beneficiaries and donors. Nothing from us breaks that.

Carla
Sprint 56 closes when Carla signs the close-out pack. Not the calendar rollover — the signature. Sprint 57 opens on that signature. See /launch-90-days.
The three hard-dates on the calendar
These three dates do not move. Every other row on this calendar can slip by a day or two if a domain-line signer needs more time; these three are anchored to external calendars and must land on the day named.
Date
Event
Why it does not move
Sat 25 Oct
Donate-flow attribution stack live
Per Sprint 55.5 recalibration and pre-launch technical planning — the third-party analytics platform provisioning window closes 25 Oct. If we miss it, we lose full-funnel attribution for Nov and Dec, which cripples Christmas Appeal ROI measurement. Ads cannot resume paid spend until this is live.
Tue 2 Dec
Giving Tuesday — Christmas Appeal launch
Global external date. The single largest attention window for charitable giving in Australia's Q4. Missing this is missing 40% of Q4 donation potential per Y1 pilot benchmark. Non-negotiable.
25–31 Dec
Dark period — no LWD sends
Discipline, not scheduling. Christmas week is not a marketing window. Beneficiaries in palliative care and their families do not need a debt-charity email on Christmas Eve. This is dignity floor.
The following calendar items ship structurally complete now but carry a [voice-check pending] marker on any paragraph attributed to Lisa's or Laurence's voice. When Sprint 55.2 voice-capture returns, the substitution machinery from Sprint 55 lands their register into these items. Until then, generic scaffold ships in the position of the direct quote.

Voice-fill is not a blocker for launch. Every item on this calendar ships structurally complete on its scheduled date, with a generic-scaffold voice in the Lisa or Laurence position. When the voice-capture returns, the substitution machinery from Sprint 55 lands the register-specific replacement. This is the read-and-correct pattern from /edit-sheet applied at content-calendar scale.
How this calendar interacts with the Monday review-pack rhythm. Every Monday 09:00 AEDT the AI CMO drops the review pack in the WhatsApp group. The pack references this calendar's rows for the coming week. Corrina couriers the pack to the three domain owners by 09:15. Domain owners respond in-thread by 10:00. Corrina finalises the ship list by 14:00 and publishes Tue–Thu. Friday 16:00 the AI CMO drops the retrospective. That rhythm holds for all 12 weeks of Q4 without exception.
